With more than a decade of experience in process improvement and organizational leadership, Steve has successfully led teams, streamlined operations, and overseen multimillion-dollar systems with proven results. He is Lean/Performance Improvement certified through Simpler of IBM Watson and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional through HFMA.
